Construction of Infrastructure Works at Bulim (Phase 2)

• Scope of Works: The project includes extensive civil and infrastructure development. The exact infrastructure components typically cover elements such as:
  • Roads and transportation channels
  • Sewage and drainage systems
  • Utilities and power infrastructure
  • General building and other related civil engineering works
• Contractors: Multiple firms have been involved in different aspects or phases. KTC Group was awarded the contract for the “Advance Infrastructure Works” for Phase 2, with works commencing in November 2020, while Hwa Seng Builder is also a key contractor for the main construction.
• Purpose: The Bulim area development aims to create an ecosystem for R&D and technology advancement in the manufacturing sector in Singapore.
